Chase Bank (Built and Opened)

Chase Bank built two of their most technologically advanced branches in 2014, one was in California and the other in Burr Ridge, Illinois. With a huge presence of clients already in the village, and an outlot in County Line Square sitting vacant for 25 years, it was a perfect location for them and a great addition for the village! It was during the mayor’s second board meeting that he cast his first tie-breaking vote which included a $12,000 per year fee-in-lieu of sales tax that the property owner and Burr Ridge resident, Aristotle Halikias, offered to pay the village for the special use of the otherwise retail property. Because of its two-story look and brickwork, it also visually connects County Line Square to the Village Center to form one downtown area, thanks to efforts of the Plan Commission and Community Development Director, Doug Pollock.
